WoodwayTreadmill: 44:30, 3.0 Miles, HR=163. Laps 1-5 @ 4.4 mph, Laps 6-9 @ 3.5 mph, Laps 10-12 @ 4.5/3.5 mph splits. I would say this is more mentally taxing than physically, but my HR would disagree. I think.
