This morning’s workout. I’ve lost some momentum with my Tuesday morning weights. A good alternative would be a 6 am BodyPump class. But, 6 am?!?!?!  There’s a water workout class at 7, but that’s not at all challenging.  I’m going to cut myself some slack for the rest of this month.  Hopefully, warmer weather and sunshine will bring some motivation.
