Pilates followed by small group weights at TheMarsh.  Goodwill and a car wash.  Lunch with Steve at Harvest Moon.  4 Community Theatre’s presentation of John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men”.

We drove to Walker, MN to see my Dad.  He was too tired to visit, so we didn’t stay long.

Pilates w/Carol @ TheMarsh followed by some time on the indoor running track:  44:23, 3.0 miles, HR=140.  17 laps of the track = 1 mile.  That’s 51 laps!  I wish my GPS picked up a decent signal so I didn’t have to do all that counting.  A hair cut at Juut in Wayzata.  Met Steve [...]

As has gotten to be our habit, we went to the Marsh after mass.  I took an Ai Chi class in the therapy pool while Steve hit the training center.  We made a HUGE pot of lentil soup and a Peanut Butter Pound Cake with Chocolate frosting, which we shared with Dan and Kelsy.
