To say I’m displeased is the understatement of all time. They must have had some bad material. I ended up with a nasty/painful sinus infection because they somehow managed to inject some bacteria into my sinus cavity with their anesthesia. TechnoGymWave: 54 minutes, 8.0 miles, 8.9 mph, HR=135.

Did a bit of shopping for winter boots and other cold weather gear. Frosted Bob’s cake, wrapped his present and napped. Celebrated Bob’s 70th birthday at Gale Woods Farm.

I’ve been working with the same Auditor for something like 20 years, so I typically leave the documents he needs on my desk and don’t see him. This morning, I decided to skip the gym and come in early to surprise him by actually being here. He came late to surprise me. After my piano and flute lessons, I arrived home to find my free range Turkeys had arrived, BOTH freezers defrosted and reorganized, plus dinner in the refrigerator just waiting to be put in the oven. AWESOME!!!
