Enough Already !

I’ve had a silly headache in the top and front of my head off and on since Thursday evening.  Only Thursday was it bad enough to break out the Advil.  I’ve tried the usual therapies:  Water, coffee, chocolate, rest and exercise.

Water!

One of those numbers I called was a Senior Well Guy vacationing in Colorado.  He called someone, who called me and talked me through much valve turning.  I now have water.  Someone will call tomorrow to arrange a revisit to address the lingering pressure issue and discuss what might have gone wrong.

I’m Annoyed

I’m home from work and find I have no water.  Not so much as a dribble.  Nothing.  Three phone numbers and not a one of them gets answered.

Well . . . ?

Housebound by the Well Guy, I spent the morning catching up on odd jobs around the house.  I took housewares out of storage to use or give away.  Put other stuff in storage.  My goal of filling two large boxes for my Friday trip to Goodwill stands half met.  At this point I’m not 100% convinced my well problem is solved as there wasn’t much water pressure when I left for my office.  But, I had a 2:00 appointment and payroll must get done today.

Twenty Two

Caribou Coffee #22 and one last Christmas present.

Well.  Deep subject.  Deep sh*t?

One load of laundry, one load of dishes, two showers and the water filter is almost completely blocked with silt again.  This could get interesting! Mr.B put in a clean filter and we’ve saved the dirty one to show the Well Guy tomorrow morning.  I’m glad I didn’t cancel that service call.

Who shrunk my jeans?

I had to really wriggle to get into my jeans this morning.
